Print manager launches 'Australian first' e-publishing solutions

E-Bisprint has launched a series of e-publishing solutions to help clients bridge the online divide while reducing print volumes and costs.

Marketing manager Geoff Flynn said the 'Best of Both Worlds' series would allow clients to integrate printed and electronic products through a customised portal using the same PDF.

The online, on-demand service would ensure more efficient distribution and less wastage, he added.

"To our knowledge this is a first for the print management industry and printing companies in Australia," he said.

Flynn said 'Best of Both Worlds' would suit organisations such as publishing companies, local governments, travel agencies and schools. They could use the e-publishing solutions to turn artwork into PDFs that would then be converted into printed publications or e-books.

The 'Best of Both Worlds' was launched at Royal Canberra Golf Club on 19 June in front of more than 40 people.

Meanwhile, E-Bisprint opened a new sales office in Canberra on 1 July.

Flynn said the Tuggerah-based company had set up the office because it was on the Federal government panel and was handling a lot of government work.
