AVS goes "against the grain" with new website

Australian Visual Solutions is revolutionising signage supply ordering in Australia with a new online platform featuring a dedicated e-commerce facility.

The website, launched earlier this month, features a "simple and concise" ordering facility for a range of sign-writing consumables from companies such as 3M, Roland and Spartan Media.

AVS managing director Cameron Sutherland said that the site has received a positive response from clients.

“It has been important for me to find the right solution for our clients," he said.

“When you add the new shopping cart to our newly created national customer Service Team we believe our clients can only benefit. I guess we are going against the grain a little as most business downsize the customer service function when introducing the an online facility but I believe it is critical to offer the best of both."
