Fuji Xerox Australia has announced the appointment of Andy Berry to general manager of Integrated Sales and Marketing, while Anthony Cogswell will now head the Global Services division.

Andy Berry, formerly general manager of Fuji Xerox Global Services, has been promoted to director and general manager of the company’s Integrated Sales and Marketing division. Anthony Cogswell replaces Berry as the new general manager of Fuji Xerox Global Services after spending four years heading the division’s national operations.

These appointments follow the appointment of Nick Kugenthiran as managing director after the departure of Andy Lambert.

“Combined, Andy and Anthony have 34 years’ experience at Fuji Xerox and their knowledge is an invaluable asset to the company,” said Nick Kugenthiran. “Their collective wisdom, experience and dedication to the company will no doubt contribute to the company’s ongoing positive growth and leadership in the business imaging market.”

Andy Berry began his career with Fuji Xerox nearly 20 years ago in the company’s London office. After spending more than a decade in various technology, sales and management roles, predominantly within global services, he relocated to Australia in 2004 to lead sales, operations and business strategy for the Fuji Xerox Global Services division. In 2005, he was promoted to general manager of Global Services, overseeing numerous new business client wins and acquisitions to build the division’s scale and capabilities.

As the new general manager of Fuji Xerox Global Services, Anthony Cogswell is responsible for maintaining the division’s growth and expanding its portfolio of managed document services.

Cogswell was previously the Global Services division’s national operations manager for four years. He joined the company in 1995 as a sales executive, and held a range of account management and state/national managerial roles in both the Integrated Sales and Marketing and Global Services divisions.
