Ricoh Australia has added two specialist engineers and a colour consultant to its production printing team.

Franca Balsamo (pictured, far left) has been appointed as National Production Colour Specialist, having worked over 20 years in the industry for companies such as Canon and Fuji Xerox.

"Franca will be primarily responsible for helping assist Ricoh's push into the production digital colour market, by providing application testing, vertical and cross-market colour solutions and assisting in the training of technical staff in colour management," said the division's general manager Kathy Wilson (pictured, centre).

Meanwhile, Nathan Short (pictured, far right) has been appointed National Production Solutions Engineer for Queensland, with Anto Galic (pictured, second from right) being appointed to the same post for South Australia and Western Australia.

"They will be responsible for implementations of productions solutions and on-site customer training, assisting in production colour management issues in the field," the company said.

"We have the products, the software solutions, and now a great team, rich in experience and knowledge, to back it all up," said Wilson.
