Jet Technologies has formed a service and support partnership with American cutting tools manufacturer Gerhardt.

Both companies expect the deal to have a positive impact on their ANZ market presence and technical support to local customers.

“This strategic alliance will fit well with the current portfolio and provide an important additional product range that will serve to strengthen our current market position,” said Jack Malki, director of Jet Technologies.

“From Gerhardt’s perspective an alliance with Jet provides us with an extensive sales network supported by a wide-ranging knowledge base. This will ensure our level of service to the Australian, New Zealand and South East Asian market is second to none,” said Klaus Damberg, Group CEO of Gerhardt.

Gerhardt customer service manager Mark Simpson will continue to support customers for Jet, as well as assisting in providing training for Jet personnel.
